Rental Requirements & Policies

To ensure a safe and seamless rental experience, please review the following requirements before booking:

Required Documentation & Age

All rentals are subject to the following criteria:

• Minimum Age: Renters must be at least 25 years of age to book any equipment.
• Documentation: A valid driver’s license and current insurance information for the tow vehicle are required for all rentals.

Damage Deposit

A credit card must be kept securely on file for incidentals. Please select that option at checkout. If you prefer not to leave a card on file, a separate refundable damage deposit (4% processing fees) will be charged.

Towing Capacity Verification

Safety is our top priority. You are responsible for ensuring your tow vehicle is appropriately equipped:

• Vehicle Capability: Please verify that your vehicle, hitch, and ball mount are all capable of safely handling the weight of the selected trailer and its load.
• GVWR Check: The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) is listed under the description of each trailer on our website. It is crucial that all components are rated to handle this load.

Brake Controller Requirement

Trailers equipped with electric brakes require a functional brake controller in your tow vehicle.

• Rental Option: If your vehicle is not equipped with one, we offer units for rent at $15 per day or $45 per week.
